This appliance is designed as a digital full-automatical ultrasonic cleaning assembly line equipment according to the special features of hospital. It composes with four processes: Ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic fulling, dipping-oil boiling and thermal wind drying, and is mainly available for hospital’s micro-vessel knife, haemostatic forceps, biopsy forceps, scissors, syringe needle, all sorts of syringe, test tube, sheet glass, exchanging bowl, all sorts of disher, drum, pressure indicator with radioactivity, contamination for a big quantity, high-precise cleaning requirements. It is the essential instrument in OR, supply room and disinfector center of the hospital.

Main Function :
Digital indication of equipment’s manufacturing date, number, using date, add-up working time.
Indication of the equipment’s operation procedure and main technical specifications.
Indication of each procedure of function setting and running course.
The equipment has 5 fixed programs for your selecting, and a special program for setting by yourself.
Indication of over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, alarm and shunt protection of lifting reduction gear, horizontal moving reduction gear, ultrasound generator, transducer, heater, fluid infusion pump, drain sewage pump.
Indicating the running state of auto-cleaning, fulling, dipping-oil boiling and thermal wind drying.
Indication of low level, no liquid, alarm and shunt protection for cleaning tank, fulling tank and dipping-oil boiling tank.
Adopting digital smart software for the operation precedure.
Polypetidase will be added into cleaning tank automatically and timely.
Anti-rust oil will be added into dipping-oil boiling tank timely.
The transmitting power for each ultrasonic transducer of the cleaner is 50W.
The adding-up working time can be 999999 hours.
Adopting the best-quality stainless-steel for the inner and outer shell.

Cleaning process :

Put instrument into the trays---put the trays into the cleaning shelf---put the cleaning shelf into the cleaning trolley---press P1-P5 key---material auto loading---auto infusion of cleaning water into the cleaning tank--- auto supplying available polypeptidase---auto heating---auto ultrasonic cleaning---auto drain sewage timely---auto infusion of cleaning water into the fulling tank---auto-overflow water---auto heating---auto ultrasound fulling---auto infusion of soft water into the boiling tank---auto heating---auto supplying available oil---auto dipping oil and boiling---auto drain sewage timely---auto heating for the drying tank---auto thermal wind drying---material auto-unloading and sterilizing in the autoclave---48 trolleys can be done everyday
